Are you an experienced dental front office professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for working with children and families? Our growing pediatric dental practice is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who is organized, positive, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role:
As our Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead the front office team while ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and family-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, coach, and support front office team members.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations and patient flow.
  • Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment estimates.
  • Manage patient accounts, payments, and collections.
  • Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Train new front office staff and ensure adherence to office policies.
  • Monitor office performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of dental front office experience (pediatric dental experience preferred).
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures.
  • Experience with dental practice management software, Eaglesoft, Oryx.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and a team-oriented mindset.
